Responding to your Questions and Horses Needs:
Your questions and the needs of your horses are very important to us and we will make every effort to respond to you in a timely manner. If you do not receive any response from us within 3 business days, please re-send your query as your email may have not been received. Email, although efficient and usually quite dependable is not fool proof, as we have, on occasion, learned the hard way. Friendly reminders are always welcome.
The profiles and histories you send to us on your horses will be carefully reviewed within the week. They will be addressed on a first come, first serve basis with the exception of emergencies which will, of necessity, take precedence. We thank you for your patience.
